Booking

The three Bedroom Cottages (Eagles, Lodge) can not be booked online and the reservation must be completed over the phone.

 

Occupancy

Only those persons listed in the reservation may occupy the property at any time. Occupation by anyone NOT listed will result in immediate eviction without refund or at the discretion of Greystone a $250 per person per day charge, regardless of duration, without notice.

 

Bookings may be denied from non-family groups or groups composed of all adults. We reserve the right to make the final decision as to the acceptance of bookings.

DEPOSIT POLICY

To confirm the reservation, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total reservation amount is required. The full amount of the rental charge and
Damage Deposit is due 14 days prior to the check in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) If the rental reservation is canceled more than 60 days before the scheduled check-in date, a fee of $75.00 will be deducted from the reservation deposit.

2) In the event of cancellation between 14 and 60 days before the scheduled check-in date, 50% of the rental fee will be forfeited, unless the property can be rented to another guest under equivalent or better terms and conditions.

3) If the rental reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited, unless the property can be rented to another guest under equivalent or better terms and conditions.
